This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through MockExperts. Please read carefully before making a booking.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used less than 2 AI interview credits.
Validity Period
Services must be used within the validity period mentioned in your plan from the purchase date. Unused credits expire and cannot be extended.
Non-Transferable
Purchased credits, bookings, and services can only be used by the registered user and cannot be transferred.
Non-Refundable Items
- Refund requests made after 14 days from purchase
- Accounts that have used 2 or more AI interview credits
- Processing fees and transaction charges (where applicable)
Exceptions
- Duplicate charges or billing errors (refunded immediately)
- Service not delivered within 48 hours of scheduled time

- Submit a request via our official support email within 14 days
- Include proof of purchase and relevant details
- Team review within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund processed in 7-10 business days
